Position - Production / Customer Service Assistant

Bespoke Gems Ltd is the leading supplier of bridal robes in the UK. We specialise in printing and personalising clothing, gifts and homeware and have been doing so since we started in 2016.

We are recruiting for a production assistant to work 18 hours per week, (Monday to Wednesday) in our HQ based in Appley Bridge, Wigan.

Role and responsibilities -

· Production and packing of orders

· Responding to customer enquiries

· Graphic Design

· Quality control

· Working on Social Media

· General Admin

· Attend training as necessary

· Any additional roles as required

Experience preferred -

· Good level of IT skills

· Excellent team working skills

· High attention to detail

· Customer service experience

· Experience of working with Adobe Illustrator preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

We are recruiting for a production assistant to work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours 10am-3pm each day) in our HQ based in Appley Bridge, Wigan.



Role and responsibilities -

Production and packing of orders

Responding to customer enquiries

Graphic Design

Quality control

Working with Social Media

General Admin

Attend training as necessary

Any additional roles as required

 

Experience preferred - 

Excellent team working skills

High attention to detail

Customer service experience

Experience of working with Adobe Illustrator.

However experience is not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant including admin, customer service, social media, marketing, production of products and more.

WORKING HOURS
25 hours. Fixed days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Fixed hours: 10:00 - 15:00pm

 

 

We hope that this will be a great opportunity for someone who will then continue to work for us after the 6 months kickstarting training. Progression opportunities will be available and discussed at the end of the 6 months.
